Connected modules covering the four-phase emergency management cycle, from the office dashboard to the responder's phone in the field, in Arabic and English, with one audit record.
Every hazard rated on a 5×5 matrix before and after controls, with mitigation plans that have an owner and a due date, linked to emergency code, location and role.
Follows the method of OSHA Publication 3071: the job broken into steps, each step's hazards rated before and after controls, and controls by the hierarchy. An approved JHA can be required before a permit is issued.
Fast reporting kept separate from real emergency alerts, so nobody hesitates to file one. Escalates into the risk register when severity warrants it.
Hot work, excavation, scaffolding and confined-space entry — with an approval workflow, shift validity, a SIMOPS conflict matrix and a lockout/tagout (LOTO) register.
Assess, review and approve any change to processes, equipment or organisation before it is made — configured to your own procedures.
Ten field checklists — external areas, lifts and escalators, fire suppression, alarm and evacuation, first aid, warehouses, catering, security and more — or your own checklists — completed on the phone with photos and location.
Prove the equipment your plan depends on is ready: work orders, overdue items, redundancy groups and a readiness percentage with accreditation-grade evidence.
Plan, run and evaluate. A drill runs through the real activation engine, flagged as a drill, and the platform warns when the required frequency per code is overdue.
A digital card for every role and code, with a checklist that is executed and time-stamped, fully designed around your own plans.
Drill participation and review records are included. A full training management module is available separately, on the same platform.
Instant alert to every relevant role, acknowledgement with location, and automatic escalation when nobody responds in time. Activation can also start directly from the fire alarm panel or building management system.
Instant voice between teams on ordinary phones. On ATEX devices, UHF radio and short messages work with no network at all, with a dedicated SOS key.
Built-in multimedia chat for every incident — text, photos and voice — on servers inside the Kingdom, kept in the incident record. A secure replacement for WhatsApp groups.
A thermal camera on the ATEX device to locate affected people in smoke and low visibility, and to spot equipment running hot during maintenance.
The incident command form, with an AI-assisted estimate of affected people from a photo — the number is only saved once the responder confirms it.
Escalation tiers, zone staffing with check-in, casualty flow tracking and team-leader succession.
From official systems' outputs to early warning, field action and a recorded decision. More →
Findings by phase, root-cause analysis and corrective actions with owners and deadlines, fed back into the risk register.
Incident, drill evaluation, near miss, JHA, inspection, permit and work-order reports — every number comes from platform data, and every report is numbered with a digital fingerprint and a QR verification code.
An event log sealed with a chain of fingerprints; any later edit is detected on verification. Covered by a filed patent.
Every open item on one page, filterable by location and section — with injury rates and leading and lagging KPIs, set to your own definitions.
The Fawz ERMS Job Hazard Analysis module follows the method set out in OSHA Publication 3071, Job Hazard Analysis (2002 revision), step by step:
Each analysis names the workers who do the job and their supervisor, so the people who know the work take part.
It records why the job was selected — past injuries, potential for severe harm, new or changed procedures, complexity — and gives it a priority.
The team reviews the job's accident and near-miss history, and recent near misses at the same location appear on the analysis itself.
For each step: the hazard type, how it could occur, the possible consequences and who is exposed.
Each hazard is rated for likelihood and severity before controls, and again for the residual risk after them.
Elimination, substitution, engineering, administrative controls and PPE — several can be combined for one hazard — plus the PPE and equipment the job requires.
New controls become corrective actions with an owner, a deadline and supervisor verification; significant hazards escalate to the Risk Register.
An analysis can only be approved once these elements are complete. Workers then acknowledge it, or are briefed in a toolbox talk or training session.
Reviewed on a fixed schedule and whenever an incident, near miss or change calls for it, with every revision recorded. A reminder before the review date; overdue analyses expire automatically.
Approved analyses can be reused as templates for repeated jobs and exported as a controlled PDF record.
This is what ISO 45001 clause 10 and NFPA 1660's corrective-action requirements ask for: findings that don't stay in a report that gets filed and forgotten.
Reports cite clause numbers and titles only and never reproduce the standard's text. The right word is "aligned": certification is awarded to an organisation by an accreditation body, not to software.

Alerts, action cards, inspections, permits, chat and push-to-talk — in Arabic and English, working offline and syncing later.
ATEX-certified devices with a push-to-talk key, an SOS key that raises an alert in one press, UHF radio that works with no network, and a thermal camera.
Lock the device to the platform at guard posts and field stations, with screen and brightness control.
Yes. Every module works offline and syncs automatically when the signal is good enough. On ATEX devices, push-to-talk and short messages run over UHF radio with no network at all.
Yes — through BACnet, Modbus and legacy protocols, down to dry-contact relays. Activation can start directly from the panel.
Yes, with your corporate user directory and in line with your IT policies.
Yes. Inspection checklists, action cards, codes, roles, locations, the management-of-change workflow and KPIs are all configured to your own plans and procedures.
On your own servers on-premise, or in an in-Kingdom cloud — your choice. The data is yours and can be exported in full at any time.
ISO 45001 certification is awarded to an organisation by an accreditation body, not to software. The platform is aligned with the standard's clauses, runs your programme and hands the auditor its evidence.
Drill and review records are included. A full training management module is available separately, on the same platform.
We configure your codes, roles, locations and checklists, train your teams, and finish with a go-live drill. Support and pricing models are flexible and set to each organisation's needs.
